He also qualified the Information Systems Audit course and Certification Course on Indirect Taxation conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has presented papers at various forums and has written articles on taxation in different journals. He also specializes in financial consultancy, working closely with various entities by handholding and guiding them in making important strategic decisions. Mr. Mono George Mathew is a co-founder of the firm. He has extensive knowledge in fields of auditing and taxation. He is a graduate and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 23 years standing in the profession. He has qualified the Information Systems Audit course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He specialises in internal audits of manufacturing and other industries. His other areas of expertise include management consultancy assignments, project reports, costing and financial studies, systems study and evaluation.

Mr. Soman NL worked with BPCL handling their indirect tax matters before joining our firm as a partner in 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in the profession. He has also qualified Certification Course on Indirect Taxation conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He specialises in GST audits, statutory audits, tax audits, project reports, company law and corporate matters, consultancy in legal and management areas. He had closely associated with the ICAI New Delhi, having been nominated as convenor of GST study Group for Kerala, during the period from 2016-2019 for the implementation of GST in the country. He is also a familiar figure in the academic circles and a well sought out faculty for GST (Indirect taxes) by various professional and trade bodies.
